“Unity is strength…when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.” – Mattie Stepanek
A highly functional and effective team requires team members who are proficient in navigating the relational realms we all experience.
Relationships lie at the heart of the teaching and learning process and sit at the center of effective collaboration and professional learning communities. Educators must be equipped with skills necessary to initiate, develop, and sustain authentic relationships not only with students but also with one another!
In this interactive seminar, educators learn to identify the various internal and external ways of knowing that impact the building and sustaining of authentic relationships. Participants will leave this full-day seminar better prepared to acknowledge the challenges, accept the fluidity, and navigate the dynamics of their various professional relationships.
This seminar provides experiences that build or strengthen relational confidence, while also creating a safe space to engage in discussions and take concrete steps to create a climate and culture where everyone can thrive.
