Sometimes standing up for what is right is less about whether-or-not you desire to do so and more about having the confidence, skill, and practice. In this seminar, participants will be given tools and opportunity to practice creating equity and recognizing inequity and to practice having the courageous conversations needed to establish an equity-focused environment.
